Editorial: Labs Should Disclose Agent Incidents in Days, Not Months

The tip that an Anthropic model sent to the Philadelphia Police Department on July 18 was not found by Anthropic until September 28. The police called the delay unacceptable. Anthropic disclosed it, along with other incidents, and said it would cut off internal evaluations from the live internet.
