Salesforce now charges for Agentforce service agents only when a customer's issue is resolved, not when an agent hands it off to a human. That puts some of the risk of agent failure on the vendor.
Our position: buyers should ask other vendors for similar terms wherever outcomes can be measured, and treat refusals as information about confidence in the product. Outcome pricing is not suitable for every use case, but where it is, it aligns incentives better than seats or usage.
