Editorial: Publish the Terms of AI Compute Debt

CoreWeave has taken on more than $51 billion of debt and obligations, its bonds yield near 15%, and S&P rates it B+, CNBC reported. Nscale reported a $1.02 billion first-half loss on $140.6 million of revenue and a $103 billion backlog that may not convert to recognized revenue.

Our position: AI infrastructure companies should disclose contract terms, customer concentration and how backlog converts to revenue in plain language. Retail and institutional investors cannot price risk they cannot see.
