ServiceNow’s EmployeeWorks Lets Staff Build Their Own Assistants and Routines

ServiceNow's EmployeeWorks portal, updated October 15, lets employees build assistants and automate tasks without code, SiliconANGLE reported. Productivity Assistants cover research, calendaring and HR tasks, Productivity Routines run background automation for repeatable work, and ToolSmith builds tools and integrations from natural-language instructions; ServiceNow says it is trained on more than 75,000 APIs.

The features are in controlled availability, and customer evidence is early: NTT Data is beginning to adopt EmployeeWorks. Pricing is seat-based licenses plus bundled AI credits called assists.
