At Dreamforce on September 15, Salesforce introduced Koa, a specialized model built with Nvidia on Nvidia's Nemotron architecture. It is designed to help AI agents reason through complex, multistep workflows inside Agentforce using CRM data.
Koa is not yet generally available, with a release slated for winter. TechCrunch described the Salesforce and Nvidia reasoning model as something the major AI labs should fear, since it targets a high-value enterprise niche with a purpose-built model rather than a general one.
