Workday Introduces Sana Concierge and an Agent-Driven ‘Home’ for Employees

Workday's October 13 announcements made Sana the new home for its employee experience, SiliconANGLE reported. Sana Concierge is a service agent for HR and IT teams that resolves requests such as onboarding, leave and password resets. A role-based Home experience adapts to each employee and generates forms, calendars and approval cards using Jev, a model from TypeSafe AI.

In a recruiting example, an agent checks open requisitions, drafts outreach and surfaces candidates; the recruiter approves advancements and the agent handles scheduling and joins interviews to take notes. Decision Intelligence can check whether a planned hire of 50 people fits current workforce composition and costs. Pricing and availability dates were not stated.
