Replit raised a $400 million Series D at a $9 billion valuation in March, TechCrunch reported, only six months after hitting a $3 billion valuation. The vibe-coding platform lets users build web and mobile apps from prompts, and in January it launched a feature for vibe coding mobile apps.
Replit told Forbes it hopes to reach $1 billion in ARR by the end of the year, but did not release current ARR figures. That target is an aspiration, not a reported result.
The round places Replit alongside Lovable, which confirmed a $13.3 billion valuation in August, in a crowded field of AI app builders.
