Reflection AI trains on Nvidia GB300 systems rented from SpaceX under a June agreement worth up to $6.3 billion, according to the Financial Times as reported by SiliconANGLE on October 11. The deal involves $150 million in monthly payments for capacity at SpaceX's Colossus 2 data center in Memphis through 2029.
The arrangement shows a lab with no hyperscaler parent buying compute from a rival's facility on a multiyear contract. Together with Nebius's July agreement to sell Reflection another $1 billion in capacity, it means Reflection has committed to more than $7 billion of compute before the Nvidia talks reported this month.
