Dan Springer joined Ironclad as CEO in May 2025, bringing more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across SaaS companies, having previously served as CEO of both DocuSign and Responsys and taken both companies public. He succeeded founder Jason Boehmig, who transitioned to building legal-sector AI products at OpenAI.
Springer also serves on the boards of UiPath and SmartNews alongside his role at Ironclad, bringing a track record of scaling enterprise SaaS companies to the contract lifecycle management category specifically.
