Ironclad has raised $334 million across six rounds, most recently priced at a $3.2 billion valuation following a $150 million Series E in January 2022. Dan Springer, former CEO of DocuSign and Responsys, joined as Ironclad's CEO in May 2025, succeeding founder Jason Boehmig, who subsequently joined OpenAI to build legal-sector products. Ironclad's annual recurring revenue reached $200 million in January 2026.
