Kore.ai launched Artemis, an AI agent platform that VentureBeat described as expanding its challenge to Microsoft and Salesforce. VentureBeat also reported that the world's second-largest investment bank deployed Kore.ai's AI for Work product to 135,000 employees and contractors.
A specialist vendor showing a deployment of that size is a sign that the enterprise agent market is not locked up by the platform giants. Independent vendors are winning by pitching neutrality across models and clouds.
