ServiceNow said on October 15 that Nvidia is a design and launch partner for AI Passport, a cryptographically signed credential that defines an agent's identity, permitted actions, accessible systems and accountable owner. The integration links AI Passport with Nvidia's Open Agent Safety Platform, including its OpenShell runtime and Sentry framework.
In a demonstration, a third-party customer service agent was limited to refunds under $25: an $18 refund proceeded automatically while a $40 request was rejected at runtime for human review. AI Passport is due later this quarter.
