The report introduces the concept of the “Human+” worker - employees whose capabilities are extended by AI tools rather than replaced by them - and forecasts that agentic AI in banking specifically will expand well beyond early pilots, with leading banks deploying agents that handle defined tasks independently alongside human employees.
