Winston Weinberg is the co-founder and chief executive officer of Harvey, the San Francisco-based legal AI company he launched in 2022 with Gabriel Pereyra. Before founding Harvey, Weinberg worked as an associate at law firm O'Melveny & Myers, specializing in securities and antitrust litigation, experience that directly informed his view of where AI could meaningfully assist legal professionals.
Weinberg has led Harvey through a period of rapid growth, including a January 2026 acquisition of legal technology company Hexus, and has spoken publicly about building the company through a culture of rapid iteration and learning aggressively from early failures, as Harvey's valuation reached approximately $11 billion.
