Sridhar Ramaswamy has served as CEO of Snowflake since February 2024, joining after Snowflake acquired Neeva, the ad-free, privacy-focused search engine he co-founded. Earlier in his career, Ramaswamy scaled Google's advertising business from roughly $1 billion to $100 billion in revenue.
Under Ramaswamy's leadership, Snowflake has pushed aggressively into AI tooling built directly on top of its existing Data Cloud platform, positioning the company's large existing enterprise data footprint as a differentiator for AI agent deployment compared to competitors building AI capability separately from core data infrastructure.
