Outside Voices: Euronews on the U.S. Approach – Pledges, Executive Orders and a September Accord

Euronews reports that on his first day back in office, President Trump scrapped Joe Biden's 2023 AI executive order, and that the July 2025 AI Action Plan listed more than 90 measures to speed development. A June executive order created a voluntary system giving the government up to 30 days of early access to the most powerful models.
