NEURA Robotics is a robotics company based in Metzingen, near Stuttgart, founded in 2019 by David Reger, who is its CEO. It builds what it calls cognitive robots, including the 4NE1 full-size humanoid it unveiled in 2024.
In June 2026 NEURA announced a Series C of up to $1.4 billion, with investors including Nvidia, Amazon, Qualcomm, Bosch, the European Investment Bank and Tether, which German coverage names as lead investor. The full amount is tied to operational milestones. CNBC cited a source putting the valuation near $7 billion, German outlets cited roughly 6 billion euros, and NEURA itself did not disclose a valuation. German coverage describes it as the largest financing round ever in Germany.
