Published by the ADP Research Institute in April 2026 based on its 2025 Global Workforce Survey of roughly 38,000 workers across six continents, this report finds that workers who use AI daily report substantially higher engagement, at 30 percent, and lower work-related stress, at 11 percent overloaded, compared to non-adopters, at 14 percent engaged and 23 percent overloaded. It also documents a global divide in how frequently AI is used by country.
The report's direct link between individual AI usage frequency and self-reported workplace wellbeing offers a more granular, worker-level data point than most enterprise-level AI adoption surveys.
